About

Kitty S Dale - Artist

Biography
Kitty was born in Hastings, on the South East coast of England in 1967. Her love of nature and interest in art started at a young age by using coloured pencils to draw wild flowers whilst on the many bird watching trips out with her parents.

Kitty worked as a Teaching Assistant in her local primary school whilst raising her two children before going on to run a successful art shop for many years. When the shop closed Kitty decided to pursue her dream of achieving a degree in art and having achieved her Bachelor of Fine Art degree at Brighton University she is now studying for her Masters degree

Kitty’s artwork has continued throughout her life and can be described as ecclectic. She attributes this to having different parts of her personality that all want to create their own forms of art. After being diagnosed with C-PTSD (Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), she enjoys this freedom to just be herself and go with the flow.
